He has been awarded Agent of the Year 2 times by different insurance carriers and has gained Top MA sales agent awards because of his production in the community he serves. His book of business totals over 2,000 personal clients and his agency has grown to over 25,000 clients between all lines of business.
He now trains, supports and coach over 85 licensed agents in the Medicare lines of business and over 175 agents in all lines of businesses combined. Since he started his agency in 2019, He has grown IDEA Insurance LLC since the beginning and has implemented systems to maximize growth, compliance and agent experience.
